Ordering Terms

Our aim is to make ordering online from kitchnstuff.com.au is a customer friendly process. If you have any problems don’t hesitate to call us on 03 9429 4909.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Australia Post’s 'Cash to Collect' which is similar to COD. For Cash to Collect purchases, you will receive a card in the mail asking you to collect your purchase from the nearest Post Office. Simply make payment at the Post Office and receive your goods.

Unfulfilled Orders

In the unforeseen circumstance that we are unable to fulfil any items that you have ordered we will contact you with details of expected lead time and offer you the option of waiting for the product to come into stock, replacing the item with a similar product or receiving a refund.

Delivery Information / Postage

Postage costs will be amended manually if the order has more than 1 item. It is difficult to estimate the Size of the package until an order has been processed with multiple items. Kitch n Stuff will call you to confirm the exact postage costs.

Estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 days We ship all purchases using Australia Post’s parcel service with delivery taking place during normal business hours. Goods must be signed for upon receipt and if no one is available when delivery takes place a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local post office. Please note that all deliveries are insured for damage.

Returns

For products that arrive faulty or damaged then please <notify us>. We will provide instructions on returning the goods. We will provide either a replacement, credit note or full refund.

If for some other reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept goods returned in their original packaging in unused condition for an exchange or credit note. Please note that the customer is still liable for shipping charges.
